The Rolling Mill was born out of a desire by the Rull brothers to open a pub that centred around their values; Quality, Consistency, Service-Driven and Ethical.
Drawing on their vast experience in the hospitality industry, they set about planning their vision of a pub that offered the best quality British and European comfort food, in a relaxed, family-friendly setting, accessible to everyone, with excellent customer service sitting at the heart of the business.
The Rolling Mill offered the perfect space to realise this ambition, dating back to the early 1900’s as a rolling steel factory, the building sits in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, a popular area of Birmingham with a vibrant community.
Our Executive Chef Sukh has a wealth of experience working in a number of leading Birmingham pubs and restaurants.
He has a passion for uncomplicated dining, alongside creating simple dishes, from the best quality ingredients.
Heading up our ‘Front of House’ are our dynamic duo, Bárbara and Savannah and Leading our ‘Bar” is the one and only Tony!
